Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using a Miropad link, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Miropad services.

Service Description

Miropad is a neutral link delivery utility that operates as part of the Miropad system, powered by your AI platform. Miropad facilitates secure redirects from miropad.com URLs to destination content, primarily lead magnets and resources hosted on your AI platform and partner platforms.

Data Sharing Agreement

By using Miropad, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to the following data sharing practices:

Sender Access

The person or organization who sent you the Miropad link ("the Sender") will receive information about your interaction with the link, including but not limited to:

  • Click timestamp and engagement data
  • Device and browser information
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Any information you provide through forms or subsequent interactions

Partner Network Sharing

Your interaction data may be shared with and processed by our partner companies to enable integrated service delivery. By using Miropad, you consent to data sharing with:

  • your AI platform (primary platform and infrastructure provider)
  • Prognostic.ai
  • Punctual.ai
  • Enclose.ai
  • Enclosed.ai
  • CompanyAgent.ai
  • ePub.ai
  • Psych.ai

These partners may use your data in accordance with their own privacy policies to provide, improve, and support integrated services across the network.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Miropad only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with Miropad infrastructure
  • Use automated systems to access Miropad links at scale without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from Miropad services
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of Miropad

Disclaimer of Warranties

Miropad is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that Miropad will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miropad, your AI platform, and our partner companies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Miropad services.

Third-Party Content

Miropad links redirect to third-party content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of content you access through Miropad redirects. Your use of destination content is subject to the terms and policies of those destinations.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Miropad after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures of your AI platform.
